Situated at Llantrisant immediately adjacent to the East Glamorgan hospital is the Gwaun Elai Medi Science Campus. This is a purpose built campus development for medical and bioscience related users.
The Medi science campus comprises four detached self-contained buildings each with their own dedicated car park. Specification includes: Suspended ceilings, inset category II Lighting, Male/Female WCs, Shower, Kitchenette facility, 4 person lift, under floor heating, floor trunking to the ground floor, raised floor to the first floor.
The campus is set within a landscaped site, access to which is controlled by way of a lifting barrier, which is inter-linked to each of the units.
