Welcome to Llanelli Gate
Llanelli Gate comprises of two plateaux, one of approximately 7.5 hectares (18 acres) and one of 5.5 hectares (14 acres). The plateaux can be divided to meet occupier's specific requirements or the large plateau being capable of accommodating a single occupier needing in excess of 28,000 sq m (300,000 sq ft). The top plateau has currently been designated for the Auto Technium development.
Auto Technium development will provide a Research and Development facility for business specialising in performance engineering and will enable these businesses to embrace design, development and testing to a world class standard. The main Auto Technium building will be 2.200 sq m (23,500 sq ft) and will contain 15 incubator units. Larger developments can also take place on this site, these having the capability if utilising the facilities within the R & D centre.
