Merlin Goats Cheeses have been produced on the farm by Gill Pateman and family since 1986. Merlin was developed using Goats Milk when the oldest daughter developed an allergy to cows milk.

Type of Cheese
Merlin Goats Milk Cheddar Cheese, hard pressed using unpasteurised milk, vegetarian waxed and vacuum packed with a 2 year shelf life. Available in two sizes 900g and 200g mini and in 15 varieties: medium mature, smoked olives, walnut and garlic and chives, herb, celery, apple apricot, ginger, pear and cinnamon, pineapple, peach and mixed peppers.

Directions
Take the coast road out of Aberystwyth towards Cardigan. At Southgate service station, turn left, then immediate right for Trawsgoed. Follow the road for 8 miles to Abermagwr. Turn left for Pont-rhyd-y-groes, turn right over the bridge and go into the village. Pass the Miners Arms for 200 yds to single track road on the left. Follow to Tyn-y-Llwyn farmhouse
