Aeron Valley Cheese manufactures a quality Cheddar cheese with locally sourced milk from the lush pastures of the Aeron Valley. Farmhouse Mature and Vintage is their speciality. The creamery was purpose built in 1988 and with the recent £3m investment in a new state of the art prep-packing facility, they now boast one of the finest facilities in the UK.
