Teifi Farmhouse Cheese was established by John and Patrice Savage Onstwedder in 1982. They have won numerous national and international awards. Their 'Celtic Promise' is the only Welsh cheese to have clinched the prestigious title of Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards.

Type of Cheese
Most of the cheeses have a rich creamy texture and a wide range of flavours due to the complexity of the milk owing to the richness of the soil and the large variety of grasses, flowers and herbs that grow in the meadows and their surrounding hedges.

Availability
At most good cheese shops throughout the UK and in Carmarthen Market.

Just off the A486 between Llandysul and Ffostrasol. It is sign posted at Bwlch-Y-Groes, follow the signs for the farm
