Castle Dairies Ltd started business in 1969, it is a totally integrated processing site, capable of producing cheese, butter and powdered milks. Manufacturers of the only Caerphilly Cheese made in Caerphilly, to name one brand, though the company has a range of 'Welsh' branded products including Cheddar Cheese, and packet butter.
All the company lines have been approved by the Soil Association Licence No. P2226
