For companies wishing to locate into Technium CAST, a maximum of 16 units are available in the Business Incubation wing on the first floor of the building.  The available units range in size from 14 sq m up to a maximum of 93 sq m and are provided fully furnished with desks, chairs and storage units.  Each unit comes equipped with an integrated switch box, has easily movable floor boxes built into a suspended floor, and will be available with a Voiceover IP (VOIP) telephone system.  Each business unit is independently access controlled via a programmable swipe-card system and with a separate manual door lock.  Entry to the business unit wing of the building is also access controlled via the swipe-card system.
