For businesses requiring access to facilities in Technium CAST for a short duration, 8 “Software Hotel” rooms are available.  These are each 93 sq m in size, but can be linked together to into bigger spaces through the use of high quality demountable partitions.   They are provided as managed technical space that can be rented for short periods, even on a daily basis if required. 

All facilities, including computer equipment, will be provided for the user.  The aim of the space is to encourage businesses to interact with the Technium CAST technical team, with tenants in the Business Units, to showcase technologies, to work on collaborative projects, or to meet prospective clients in circumstances when taking long-term lab / office space in Technium CAST is not necessary.

Similar to the business units, each room is equipped with movable floor boxes, independent switch boxes, VOIP telephony and access control.
