L-3 Communications UK Ltd specialises in the design of simulators for training in the fields of Marine, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

Our products range from single subject, single user educational software modules through to custom designed simulations of ship propulsion systems that have the look and feel of real ship systems.

Most of our products are exported and installed at Marine Colleges worldwide where they are used to teach seafarers how to operate vessels safely, economically and in accordance with standards established by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO).

Ship Analytics is a US company specialising in related maritime simulation products including Ship Handling Simulators, Liquid Cargo Handling Simulators, Maritime Distress (GMDSS) simulators, Crane and Vehicle simulators. Ship Analytics also produces “L-3 CRISIS”, a disaster management software product.

Ship Analytics is a member of the MPRI division of the L-3 Communications Corporation.
