Technium Swansea includes two buildings and is located at the SA1 Swansea Waterfront development in South West Wales overlooking the picturesque Swansea Maritime Quarter.  Technium Swansea is a partnership between the Welsh Assembly Government and Swansea University.

The flagship building comprises 2,000 sq m of floor space, and includes fourteen incubator units.  The second building covers 3,639 sq m of floor space and unit sizes have been designed to cater for companies growing out of flagship building and to house more established knowledge based businesses.

Technium Swansea supports knowledge-based businesses across a range of sectors such as ICT, software, multi-media, electronics and engineering.
