Diversionary Therapy Technologies is a world leading provider of an evidence-bsed medical Diversionary Therapy Platform and Solution.

Governance Integrity Solutions (South Africa)
Governance Integrity Solutions focuses on IT solutions for various industry sectors and includes a web-based software and tailored content (including facilities benchmarking, monitoring, reporting, compliance, investor relations, Trustee and Director training, board evaluations and much more).

Mesures & Signaux (France)
Mesures & Signaux's Stxx range is based on original solutions for anti clogging (in the air and in liquid), design, industrial production and marketing of stand-alone radio measuring sites for the industrial and environmental sectors.

Tagnos (USA)
Tagnos Inc provides hospitals, surgery centres and other healthcare providers with a way to manage and track patient flow.  Its solution is a patient management and productivity software combined with an ultrasound tag tracking technology.

Xero (Overall Winner - from New Zealand)

Xero began trading in July 2006 and employs 16 people.  Zero is an on-line easy to use accounting system designed specifically for small and medium sized businesses.  It enables companies to track their cash flow and manage their finances.  As an online focused company, Xero facilitates collaboration between the businesses and its advisors.  Xero covers the General Ledger, CashBook, Debtors and Creditors etc.  As a platform Xero will offer other modules like Expense Management and Time and Cost. The company's Director, Rod Drury was named as New Zealand's PWC Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006.

I-Slices Innovation (Country Winner - from South Africa)

I-Slices has developed a range of products to alleviate problems associated with the eyes.  The company has developed its range of disposable eye treatment pads based on a patented Cryogel Polymer Technology.  The Cryogel Polymer treatment pad is a slow release dermal delivery system that effectively releases active ingredients and moistures into the eye area surrounds to treat various symptoms such as puffiness, dark circles, redness and signs of ageing.  The manufacturing process falls under Advanced Manufacturing and is a first worldwide.

With a 9 year operational history in China, Fudan GrandHorizon has accumulated abundant technology, plentiful funds and mass market resources.  The company is now ready to accelerate their plans for internationalisation. This includes establishing an R&D base in the UK and setting up a SME-scale medical device company targeting the European market for individual home-based healthcare for middle-aged and elderly people (e.g. a portable electrocardiograph and a fall detector).  According to market conditions they will gradually expand to include the development and production of medium-sized medical equipment, importing capital from overseas as required.
