Strategically placed within easy distance of Cardiff, Newport and the Valleys, Wentlooge can draw upon a local employment catchment area of nearly one million people.

Phase 1 of the existing development encompasses the sites served by existing infrastructure and therefore available for immediate use. The land is divided between that being utilised for compound storage, and Greenfield sites for the distribution park alongside with the Cardiff International Rail Freight Terminal (CIRFT).

The existing sites and initial developments will be landscaped to fit in with the local surroundings and provide a pleasant backdrop to the working environment. The park is already the recipient of the Prince of Wales Award for Landscaping on earlier development and the creative use of lakes and wooded areas will be extended to future construction.

Security will also be a continued feature of site development. Through its own in-house security company fully manned utilising state of the art CCTV night cameras. Wentlooge Corporate Headquarters offers full security cover to all occupiers.
