The comprehensive road network allows access to not only the surrounding areas of Cardiff and Newport but also to the M4 motorway connecting South Wales with the rest of the UK, the opening of the Second Severn Crossing increasing ease of communication to all major European Markets. Access will be further enhanced with the St Mellons link road in a few years time.

The Park has an existing rail connection to the main intercity rail link, with London being only 2 hours away. The new Cardiff International Rail freight Terminal alongside enables both large and small businesses to take advantage of the increasingly important developments in rail freight transportation throughout the UK and Europe.

Cardiff International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away via the M4 motorway while the local heliport is approximately 2 miles away; motorway connections allow access to both Heathrow, approximately 2.25 hours and Bristol 1.25 hours.

The fully operational Cardiff Docks offer port facilities of International standing, giving access by sea to markets across the world.
