This could include representatives of ELWa – the ‘learning’ body for Wales, Newport County Borough Council – the local authority, Newport Unlimited – the urban regeneration company created to regenerate the newly appointed city and the WDA, depending on your particular needs.

The Centres of Excellence for Technology and Industrial Collaboration (cetic) help companies to benefit from the best of industrially relevant expertise and facilities within University of Wales. A rigorous selection exercise has resulted in the accreditation of Centres of Excellence in recognition of their research, their world-class facilities and their exceptional track record of successful industrial collaboration.

The centres of Excellence cover a wide range of disciplines and encompass the very latest developments in technology, ranging from computing science and IT, advanced materials, through product design and manufacturing, to environmental and biological sciences and specialist medical technologies.
