Oakdale Business Park is located on the eastern fringes of Caerphilly County Borough, some 11 miles north of the M4 Junction 28. The site is primed ready for development with 4 development plateaux totalling 68.80 hectares (170 acres). Plateau 1 is the largest, consisting of 40.47 hectares (100 acres) and is the largest single development plateau in South Wales Valleys.
