Located immediately adjacent to the M4 between junctions 44 and 45, from which it has direct access, Swansea Vale benefits from easy and direct links with Cardiff, London, the Midlands, the South East and therefore Heathrow.

Some 6 miles north of the Swansea city centre, on the northern periphery of the now well established Swansea Enterprise Zone, local road connections also make this new business district very accessible to the M4, via the new distributor roads which also provide a fast route into the city.
